Hospital openings I found in Louisville (update)

Several clinics and a hospital near Louisville are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?
