Hospital openings I found in Knoxville - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Knoxville are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Anyone else applying?

Ask about overtime and shift differentials. The hourly rate does not tell the whole story.
