Hospital openings I found in Jacksonville - what worked for you?

Several clinics and a hospital near Jacksonville are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
