Hospital openings I found in Hartford - first time posting

Several clinics and a hospital near Hartford are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
