Hospital openings I found in Chicago after 18 years as a store manager

Several clinics and a hospital near Chicago are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Shifts range from mornings to overnight. Do any of these pay for certification?

I got into a patient-care role with no experience. They paid for my certification once I passed a background check.
