Hospital openings I found in Boston - any advice?

Several clinics and a hospital near Boston are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?

Check the agency's state licence, especially for home care. It is a quick lookup online.
