Hospital openings I found in Boston after 11 years as a bank teller

Several clinics and a hospital near Boston are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They mention tuition help for people who want to train further. Do any of these pay for certification?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
