Hospital openings I found in Birmingham, IT help-desk technician here

Several clinics and a hospital near Birmingham are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. It has been a long 26 weeks. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
