Hospital openings I found in Baltimore - what worked for you?

Several clinics and a hospital near Baltimore are hiring medical assistants, patient-care techs and schedulers. It has been a long 23 weeks. Some do not require prior experience for entry-level roles. Do any of these pay for certification?
