Hiring several warehouse roles around Tucson - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tucson, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 6 weeks. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
