Hiring several warehouse roles around Toledo (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Toledo, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
