Hiring several warehouse roles around Toledo - any advice?

A logistics company in Toledo is adding people before the busy season. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
