Hiring several warehouse roles around Tampa - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tampa, with day and night shifts. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
