Hiring several warehouse roles around Tampa (Tampa)

A distribution centre near Tampa is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
