Hiring several warehouse roles around Tampa, recruiter here

A distribution centre near Tampa is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
