Hiring several warehouse roles around Tampa

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Tampa, with day and night shifts. It has been a long 2 weeks. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
