Hiring several warehouse roles around St. Louis (update)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of St. Louis, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
