Hiring several warehouse roles around St. Louis - 3 months and counting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of St. Louis, with day and night shifts. Thank you in advance. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
