Hiring several warehouse roles around Spokane - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Spokane, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
