Hiring several warehouse roles around Spokane, electrician's helper here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Spokane, with day and night shifts. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
