Hiring several warehouse roles around Seattle - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Seattle, with day and night shifts. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?
