Hiring several warehouse roles around Seattle - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Seattle, with day and night shifts. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
