Hiring several warehouse roles around Seattle - any advice?

A distribution centre near Seattle is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
