Hiring several warehouse roles around San Diego after 10 years as a copywriter

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of San Diego, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
