Hiring several warehouse roles around San Diego - 11 months and counting

A distribution centre near San Diego is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
