Hiring several warehouse roles around Salt Lake City - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Salt Lake City is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
