Hiring several warehouse roles around Salt Lake City (Salt Lake City)

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Salt Lake City, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
