Hiring several warehouse roles around Sacramento - 6 months and counting

A logistics company in Sacramento is adding people before the busy season. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
