Hiring several warehouse roles around Richmond - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Richmond, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
