Hiring several warehouse roles around Richmond - what worked for you?

A logistics company in Richmond is adding people before the busy season. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
