A distribution centre near Richmond is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
