Hiring several warehouse roles around Richmond, IT help-desk technician here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Richmond, with day and night shifts. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
