Hiring several warehouse roles around Richmond - first time posting

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Richmond, with day and night shifts. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
