Hiring several warehouse roles around Richmond after 5 years as a forklift operator

A distribution centre near Richmond is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
