Hiring several warehouse roles around Richmond - 17 weeks in

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Richmond, with day and night shifts. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
