Hiring several warehouse roles around Raleigh, forklift operator here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Raleigh, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?
