Hiring several warehouse roles around Providence - what worked for you?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Providence, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?
