Hiring several warehouse roles around Providence - what worked for you?

A distribution centre near Providence is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?
