Hiring several warehouse roles around Providence after 11 years as a delivery driver

A distribution centre near Providence is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. It has been weighing on me all week. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
