Hiring several warehouse roles around Providence - 2 months and counting

A distribution centre near Providence is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
