Hiring several warehouse roles around Portland, IT help-desk technician here

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Portland, with day and night shifts. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
