Hiring several warehouse roles around Portland - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Portland, with day and night shifts. Thank you in advance. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.
