Hiring several warehouse roles around Portland - any advice?

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Portland, with day and night shifts. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
