Hiring several warehouse roles around Pittsburgh - first time posting

A distribution centre near Pittsburgh is holding hiring sessions this week for packers, pickers and forklift operators. I went for a tour and the place was clean and organised. What are the shifts like?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
