Hiring several warehouse roles around Phoenix after 14 years as a mechanic

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Phoenix, with day and night shifts. It has been weighing on me all week. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
