Hiring several warehouse roles around Omaha - first time posting

A logistics company in Omaha is adding people before the busy season. I worked as a copywriter before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. What are the shifts like?

If you have forklift experience, say so. It moved me to the top of the pile.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
