Hiring several warehouse roles around Omaha - any advice?

A logistics company in Omaha is adding people before the busy season. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The posting lists shifts, a weekly pay schedule and overtime. Do they hire temps first?

Night shifts often pay a premium, but check the transport options first. The buses thin out late.
