Hiring several warehouse roles around Oklahoma City after 11 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I saw a flyer for warehouse hiring on the east side of Oklahoma City, with day and night shifts. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
