Hiring several warehouse roles around Oklahoma City

A logistics company in Oklahoma City is adding people before the busy season. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Do they hire temps first?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.
