Hiring several warehouse roles around Nashville (update)

A logistics company in Nashville is adding people before the busy season. Any experience at all would help. They said to bring ID and a work history, and some people were hired on the spot. Has anyone worked there?

Ask whether the job is direct hire or through an agency. The pay and benefits were very different for me.

I applied for a similar job last year and the drug screen and background check took about a week. Bring two forms of ID.
